I had to take down a tree in my backyard that had partially come down during a storm. It was a very tall, old maple , with huge roots, and was leaning towards our neighbor’s fence. Quality Tree Service gave me a reasonable quote. After getting three or four quotes, I decided to go with QTS. The 5-man crew came out and safely took down the tree with precision and ease, with ropes and pulleys and without having to go in the neighbor’s yard. They ground all the roots and the stump down, and removed all debris. The whole job was done in two hours. Yay!! We can all sleep easy now without having to worry about that tree coming down on its own.

They made a point to fit me in the schedule, came and effectively removed the tree as agreed while preserving the property it was leaning on (fence and a house after Tuesday’s storm). Great work. The Arizona Ash was surrounded by a deck, three neighboring houses, and cars, yet the crew managed the task with incredible precision, leaving no damage at all! They had the tree down and chipped, stump ground, and all of the brush we asked them to take chipped in about 45 minutes. They made sure we were happy with the result before they left. (The bit of stump left over in the photo is buried underneath quite a bit of concrete on the other side of the fence and not accessible, so they took out everything they possibly could.) Overall, the whole team took far more care and were far more accommodating than any of the other companies we had quote the work. Very highly recommend!

“This company is very professional. The customer service is top notch, made especially so by the lady in the office. They were highly recommended by residents on our homeowner website, so I called to make an appointment for someone to come assess our live oak trees. Juan came soon after my call. He admitted that he was not an arborist, so he could not advise me on the larger roots coming above the surface. But he did provide a reasonable quote on thinning the branches on the trees so more light would reach the thinning grass. I was scheduled to get the work done about a week later, but then got a call saying they had a cancellation and could come the next day, which they did. The work was done by a crew of four in about an hour, and they cleaned the area nicely.”

He was extremely patient with me as I had a lot of questions about the process. He offered two different days for the service this week, and stopped by in person to confirm the day of the service (which was yesterday) just to be sure we were all on the same page. His crew showed up on time, introduced themselves, and confirmed everything to be done before they started, even taking a special request (we wanted to keep one of the trunks for a friend who does woodworking) in stride.
